Session Preparation

PREPARING FOR YOUR QHHT SESSION

  • Each session can last up to 6 hours, or longer, so it is important that you have a filling meal prior arrival and that you are relaxed and well rested.
  • Please refrain from alcohol consumption and recreational substance use from the day before your session.
  • We will be working with the Sub Conscious or Higher Self or Super Consciousness – whichever term you feel comfortable with.  As this part of you knows everything about you, it can be surprising what you learn!!
  • It is important that you come with an open heart and a willingness to accept whatever you are shown.  The Sub Conscious will only give you information on what is appropriate for you at this time, and will never give you more than you can handle!
  • As you will be in a deep trance hypnotic state, the process is comfortable and relaxing, just as though you are napping and having dreams.  You may remember a lot, or only bits and pieces, just as you do on waking.  You may also be very aware during the process and this is quite normal also.
  • In the days leading up to your session, spend a little time thinking about the questions you are seeking answers for.  These can be about anything at all as anything goes.  Some examples could be “what is my life’s purpose?”, “why do I keep repeating the same patterns?”, “do I have a soul mate?”, “why do I have these health issues?”, “should I change jobs/career?”, “what am I meant to learn from this relationship?”.  Other questions could relate to matters such as missing time, extraordinary experiences, out of body or near death experiences – basically anything that has puzzled you at any point in your life.  A list of 12-15 questions will be adequate but you can have many more!!
  • Prior to your session, it would be helpful if you could practice visualisation, just for a few minutes each day.  Picture somewhere that is a nice, peaceful place and just immerse yourself in that scene using all of your senses to further enhance the experience.
  • Also, a list of all your physical symptoms and which side of the body the symptom occurs.  Please do not use medical terminology if possible, just the symptoms will do.
  • Please bring a snack or sandwich to eat before you depart.  This is important in grounding you, especially if you have to drive any distance afterwards.
  • You will be supplied with a USB recording of the session as well as an emailed copy to download.  It is very important that you listen to the recording several times in the days and weeks that follow, as you will gain further insight.
  • Sessions are one on one and no other person is permitted to remain with you whilst the session is underway.
